These files failed to back up

These files failed to back up.  The reason listed was: Access is denied

The files are Quickbook files.  I never had a problem backing these up until recently.  1.6 Version on Passport Essential.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest version again.
