Well, no… there’s a page for the WDTV Live Hub , a page for the WDTV Live Plus , a page for the WDTV Live…
If your model is WDAVN00, then the correct update is: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/wdtv/
If your model is WDBABF0000NBK, then the correct update is: http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/updates/?family=wdfwdtv_hd
If your model number is close to one of those two, but has a P instead of an N, then it’s a PAL version and not an NTSC version, but the updates are the same. As far as I know, these are all the different variations in model #:
Gen1:
- WDAVN00BN
- WDAVP00BE
- WDAVN00BS
- WDAVP00BS
- WDAVP00BP
Gen2:
- WDBABF0000NBK-NESN
- WDBABF0000NBK-NECS
- WDBABF0000NBK-JESN
- WDBABF0000NBK-SESN
- WDBABG0000NBK-SESN
- WDBABG0000NBK-EESN
- WDBABG0000NBK-AESN
It depends on the part number. There are two generations of the WDTV HD.
You need to match the part number with the product update page.
WDBABF0000NBK → http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/updates/?family=wdfwdtv_hd
WDAVN00 → http://www.wdc.com/en/products/wdtv/
RG types faster.
