The web access account you requested for could not be created

I have this message "The web access account you requested for could not be created. Ensure that you do not have any network connectivity issues and try again."popping up and have tried calling thier support and cannot get it resolved. Anyone face this porblem ? ALso in the Cloud Access my is ready instead of connected.

Try removing all the mobile cloud device access for that particular user and try again.

Hello elthef, verify if the My Cloud has Internet access. Also check if you have the latest firmware update (03.04.01-230).

How to manually or automatically update the firmware on a WD My Cloud, Mirror, EX2 or WD My Cloud EX4 Personal Cloud drive 

The vesion is the latest. ALso the strange thing is that MyCLoud can send email to me because I have activated the alert and notification.However, my cloud access is in ready and not connected mode
