The system is booting up, please wait

Hi, I have a My Cloud Mirror. I backup my cloud data to usb hard disk yesterday and try to reboot the device (I forgot to remove the usb hard disk), then it ever back up to work even after I removed usb hard disk and reboot several times.

Problem:

  1. I can the login page, but I can’t login and alway see the message on the top. “The system is booting up, please wait.”
  2. I can first LED on the top is always blinking and color is blue.
  3. I can ping my device but ssh is not work (also try use telnet on the port 22).

BTW, the usb backup task is not actually complete, because I didn’t see the added files.

Can anyone help?

Edit:
Finally I reset the system by push the reset button on the back solve this problem. Luckily only system config data is lost.

I have the same exact problem and I’ve installed sleepfix.

The problem is - i don’t have SSH enabled.

How can I fix this!? I’m over two months trying to fix and no success
