I want to make a WindowsImageBackup in my WD My Cloud Home Duo box. I select the Network Location \MYCLOUD-XXXXXX\Public and introduce my Network Credentials, and click Ok. But I then get the message “The specified network location cannot be used. 0x80070544-the-validation-information-class-requested-was-invalid.”
What am I doing wrong?
