My Cloud OS 5 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

After upgrading mycloud to the latest version
5.13.115, I’m not able to connect to it using wd sync.
i get the message
the remote name could not be resolved device3172205-202ff910.wd2go.com

@sarco WD Sync is not supported by My Cloud OS 5.

As indicated WD Sync is not supported by OS 5 and WD Sync is end of technical support since April 30, 2020 and no longer available for download. WD recommends using GoodSync as a replacement. Or if one doesn’t need to use remote syncing, third party software like Free File Sync (https://freefilesync.org/) is an option.
