Have you tried using a different web browser to see if the issue persists? Are you running any browser add-on’s that deal with blocking scripts or blocking page elements? If so try disabling all browser add-on’s and see if the issue persists. Certain security/antivirus software may also interfere with how elements are loaded within a web page, check to see if your security/anti virus software may be interfering by temporarily disabling it and see if the issue persists.
