The keys to press to roll back firmware?

Ok, so I don’t have any picture output. The live is clearly running, i just don’t get a signal.

So its a bit hard to roll back without a picture.

However perhaps someone can remember, or would be willing to assist, and tell me what key sequence i need to press to do the roll back?

This is not a “how do you roll back firmware” question, I’ve done that many many times - then then I could see the screen.

I know that if I turn it on with a stick with the new firmware, the menu will scroll to “new firmware found” - ie, the first key to press would be the ‘enter’ key. But then what?
Is it ‘enter’ again - and does it then ask “are you sure?” with the left button defaulted, so i press right and then enter again?

Ie, something like: enter,enter,right,enter

Though that doesn’t seem to work.

Grr, I should have written this down previously - oh well.

Got it, it’s:

Enter - Right - Enter

Talking to yourself again? :robottongue:

Are you an ■■■■■?

I asked a question - nobody answered. But I posted the answer in case someone in the future googles for the question.

If that were the case why did you mark the wrong post as the solution?

The second post had originally been marked as the solution.  It has been unmarked, and then the fourth post marked as the “solution,” presumably soley to draw attention to the “Are you an ■■■■■?” comment and for no other reason.

Now that does sound idiotic.

Don’t worry about it… He doesn’t come here for help, Aardvark, if you’re NOT an ■■■■■, then report his post.

Wow… One little joke and I start a Flame-War… Sorry no offense intended- I figured the robot emoticon with his tongue out would have conveyed that I was kidding… *sigh*

High blood pressure. And you can’t undo it.

Just because that’s something you would do it doesn’t mean that is the reason for everybody else.

Its ok Ardvark. I didn’t recognize it as a smiley, just some colored thing. I guess I shouldn’t have been annoyed, this forum is trying at times (and the ignore function leaves a lot to be desired on this board software)
