The hard disk (2 TB) is not recognized

The hard disk is no longer recognized on my computer and the following message appears

(try with two different cables and two different disks of the same model and I tried on three different computers but no detection) when I try to access data from the disk managers on windows 11. I bought two hard drives of the same model with a capacity of 2 To spaced about one month because the first was working very well, but less than a month after the first connection it stopped working I thought it was my fault (not knowing which
) I therefore waited to receive the second because I had seen that it could not work because of the USB cable. Ca has been about a month and a half since I received the second last week it worked very well but today it has the same problem of the first

This is the model “Elements 2621”. I would like to know what to do to fix the problem or even have a solution simply because it is an investment on my part
(I apologize for my English it is slightly wobbly because I am French)

Your WD Elements 2TB drives aren’t being recognized. Try using different USB ports and cables, and check Device Manager or Disk Management for the drives. If they still don’t work, it might be a hardware issue. You can try data recovery software such as Stellar Data Recovery, Recuva or Recoverit, or contact WD support for help.

As you said the hard drive data didn’t show then you can use the professional data recovery tool.
