The hard disk is no longer recognized on my computer and the following message appears
(try with two different cables and two different disks of the same model and I tried on three different computers but no detection) when I try to access data from the disk managers on windows 11. I bought two hard drives of the same model with a capacity of 2 To spaced about one month because the first was working very well, but less than a month after the first connection it stopped working I thought it was my fault (not knowing whichâŠ) I therefore waited to receive the second because I had seen that it could not work because of the USB cable. Ca has been about a month and a half since I received the second last week it worked very well but today it has the same problem of the firstâŠ
This is the model âElements 2621â. I would like to know what to do to fix the problem or even have a solution simply because it is an investment on my part⊠(I apologize for my English it is slightly wobbly because I am French)
