"The File and printer sharing (SMB)"

I suddenly was unable to connect to my WD Book Live from my Lenovo G580 laptop!
All I got was this= "The device or resource (MYBOOKLIVE) is not set up to accept connections on port “The File and printer sharing (SMB)”.

Help please.

Hello,

Try to power cycle the unit to see if this help you out. You can also press the reset button on the back of the unit and on top of the Ethernet port fir 3 to 5 seconds.

I done all simple things!
I am using Windows 8.1, if that matters?

I have communications problems due an Stroke some years back, that is why I am short in writing :sunglasses:
