The edit menu is not shown when sharing in private

I’m using Mac Mojave (10.14.5) without problems.
My device is My Book Live.
I created a Private Share file with full permissions to edit and modify files. Despite of it, the menu bar allows only upload and copy, and not new folder, move, delete…ecc.
