The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort3

I have been experiencing this error for a long time with my WD black sn_750 ssd firmware 111110WD. It is an error that usually appears when I am playing a game. It’s not very common. But it happens to me several times a week. The game crashes and when I go to check the SSD it appears in the explorer but no directory is accessible. I go into the event viewer and it shows that error. I just have to restart the PC and everything is back to normal. I have the latest bios on my motherboard, the latest updated Windows 11. The dashboard application says that the disk is in perfect condition. I have another Samsung NVME SSD and it never gives me that problem. Any solution? I can’t send a help ticket because the page gives me an error. I can’t even try to download software, drivers, etc. The page gives me an error.

Hi @elpanatibu
Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the WD Technical Support team for the best assistance and troubleshooting:

I hadn’t done it because I can’t get in. When I tried to enter or download some software it appears that access is prohibited. and today I just realized that WD has blocked access from my country, I don’t know for what reason. I know because I put a VPN and I was able to get in. Anyway, thanks for answering.

The SN750 is now getting older as new models replaced it. Still it should be OK.

Could be Windows is mangled and needs to be installed fresh
