The device is not ready

My divice suddently stopped working.

I can’t open anything anymore.

When I try to open it I get an Error: The divice is not ready

Sometimes I get a different Error: wrong parameter

I have no back-up (my stupid mistake) and at the moment I can’t make a backup, because I can’t open my divice

I have absolutely no idea what to do

Have you tried resetting the unit? If not, please try that pressing and holding the reset button on the back of the unit for 4 seconds.
