The COPYING FILES progress bar is always in progress and files never get backed up

I do a MANUAL backup to my PASSPORT drive. The “Copying Files” progress bar starts at the top of the BACKUP dialog. 30minutes later, it is still in progress, and I only selected like 50 files to backup. What is wrong? I just updated to latest firmware and software today.

Hello, check if any of the files  that you want to backup are being used by one of the programs installed on your PC.
