Recently purchased a 500GB My Passport Studio for my home computer. The manual it came with said to just plug it in and everything should come up on screen, yet nothing did. So I went on the website to look for anything I might need to download onto my computer to get it working. I assumed most of it and tried downloading a few different things and once again the website said after downloading, everything should pop up on screen. So to get to the point nothing works and I can’t access my new Passport Studio. Can anyone help? Any pointers?
