Terrible Warranty Service

I just have to say my warranty service has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. My product was received back on 9/22 and there has not been one update to my RMA in the support portal. I have done multiple chats, and I keep getting the runaround. I get told the same thing, is all they can do is escalate the case. They probably are escalating it, but it appears there is not someone on the other end, as I have not had one bit of an update, other than the live chats. With it being almost two months without an update, I just can’t fathom what the problem is where I can’t even get someone to contact me.
