WD support is absolutely terrible and useless. Submitted ADVANCE Warranty Replacement request for a 10 month-old WD PURLE HDD, paid and approved. Still have NOT received replacement drive AND no one actually responds to requests to help or provide any update. This drive is for a security system which means that my system is NOT recording anything and am without good protection (effectively useless!!). Ordered a SEAGATE Skyhawk because of immediate need to get up and running. Will dispute AMEX charges paid for ADVANCE Warranty Replacement plan. Also, the WD websites ■■■■!!
