I just recived WD My Book Live 3TB and everything is set up and working but when I use WD2go on my phone, it takes a few minutes to load the video. It plays for about 10sec then stops and has to load more. Same thing on my girlfriends phone. Did I do something wrong?
No, you probably just don’t have enough network bandwidth to stream in real-time.
Try downloading the video and then playing it.
My upload speed is 1 Mbps. Would 2 Mbps. make much od a difference
It all depends on the videos.
I would “guesstimate” that your upload speed should be at least 2x the maximum bitrate of your videos.
In other words, if your video’s bitrate is 2 mbps, then you may need 4 mbps upload speed.
