First time user, so please bear with my lack of knowledge. I bought a 1tb My Passport and everything seemed to work but the Backup tab and Retrieve tab are not highlited. Whats up with that?

Please make sure you have the latest version installed ( Ver 2.1.0), go to the “home” tab and click on the external drive icon, this should make the other tabs available
Also make sure the drive is seen on the computer and that is not locked.
