I own the WD My Book 6 TB model WDBFJK0060HBK-NESN. I was creating a back-up and by mistake saved the files to the System Volume Information Folder. I have very little storage space left on the external hard drive and attempted to delete the back-up that was sent to the System Information Folder with no success. The System Volume Information Folder does not display. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in the steps to delete the back-up that was stored in the System Volume Information Folder. Tell windows to show hidden files which the sys, vol. info folder is. Then perhaps you can delete the backup in it.
