“System in standby mode”

System Display “System in standby mode”

So, my PR4100 says the above.
However, the drives are obviously in action (lights blinking, drive activity sound, heads clicking etc). Therefore, the unit IS consuming power of an active system.

All the settings for energy saving are active. No devices are accessing the unit. Eg Plex, Goodsync is disabled.

** So what exactly does standby mode mean? **
What is active to be using the drives?

Hi
No I haven’t opened a support ticket.
I think the issue relates to an update of Plex Server.
The PR4200 system hasn’t repeated that issue, but the update seems to keep the system active and not drop to sleeping.
I’ll raise it with Plex.
Thanks.
