Syncing icon doesn't change

hi,

I right clicked a folder in MAC and started syncing , left the computer open for literally 3 days but it is not finished yet. around 20 folders inside synced folder seem to be still syncing. and I see the icon below

The folder is only 4GB, should’ve been finished already.

Did you check the sync data files in destination location on My Cloud Home?
