Sync works on Windows 8.1 but not Windows 10

I’ve probably posted in the wrong place but I too cannot sync but this is on a desktop running Windows 10 - I can sync perfectly on my laptop running 8.1 can anyone help?

Have you tried temporarily disabling any firewalls and anti-virus software to ensure that nothing is blocking access?

I am just replying to let you know that I have Windows 10 and it is working (albeit with many improvements needed…) but I am not getting the error that you are. Mainly replying to make sure you know it does work in Windows 10, in case that was part of your original query. Sorry I am unable to help much beyond that for this particular error.
