I have the my cloud home and want to setup a sync but its a large file and takes ages over internet
can I set this up and transfer the first time via usb a?

Hi! it’s possible to transfer your file using usb port.
connect your drive, open your account (web or phone app), choose copy usb (at upper left in web or unscroll upper left 3 straights lines’s icon in phone app), copy from usb, select file or just launch copy.
If your drive have several partitions, you can only access the first.
