Sync up issue, deleted my backup

  1. I had taken a backup via WD sync in my WD external drive
  2. my system crashed hence I got my system formatted as I was sure that I have backup data in my wdd.
  3. Although when I have attached my WDD to sync up the data back in to my system, It actually deleted from my wdd.

hence need to restore all the deleted data and need your help. please advise ASAP

Hi,

Map the WD Sync shared folder from your computer and then try to view the “History” hidden folder within that share. The files should be stored on that folder.
