"Sync to my cloud" option is missing

I have purchased my cloud home last month and setup with my old MBP smoothly.
recently, I changed to a new MBP, however, i can not find the option “Sync to my cloud” in the new mac.
My folder is under Users//documents

In my old MBP, I do not have this issue.

Please help on this. is there any setting on mac need to be corrected?

the path the folder is in should be supported for sync. Do you get the option for any other of the supported paths? Do you get the option for the Documents folder itself?

Once I saw that the sync to cloud option was missing on my mackbook air. After I rebooted the macbook the options was back as it should be, Have you tried rebooting the mac?

Problem solved, it is due to mac OS block extension.
