Sync Problem

I connected my USB HD and synced. I had about 150 gigs of video on the HD that synced. After the sync is complete, I unplug the HD and the videos are nowhere to be found. I checked the disk manager, and it says there’s 150 gigs of data on the hub, but says there’s no media. Do you have to keep the HD plugged in to access the files that were supposedly copied to the hub HD?

No, you probably just need to change the content source to the correct place (use the RED button). 

If that doesn’t work, and you’re using the “My Media Library” source, then the updates probably didn’t get made in the Media Library database.   To fix that, just reboot your Hub.
