Sync issues

I have just received a new WD My cloud to replace my inoperable one. It is faster and actually works. When I turned on the sync feature on my laptop and desktops. It created a new Sync folder. I still have the old WD sync folder when i had the old Cloud device. Why did it not sync to the old sync folder?

Also When I used WD discovery to connect my new cloud device. It only came up as a media device. Did I do something worng?

Perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.

I just called and was told they can not transfer me to technical support when I called technical support and had me call 855-842-5370
