Sync issue between desktop app & mobile app

Hello,

I have the desktop app with windows 10 and the mobile app on Android 7.0. On the mobile app, I created a photo album that I can’t see on my computer : how can I fix this ? I mean, when I open the mobile app, I have the Z disk opened in windows explorer, inside there is an images folder, but not the album in that folder. Also the desktop app is very slow and often makes explorer crash.
