Sync from social media and auto sync

I installed two days ago cloud home duo and started sync to social media and google and one drive auto sync process, it looked like started to sync some time and now is two days nothing is showing any more photos in to my cloud, it is Stand still and nothing else is going in to the duo drive, also. What ever is showing is just the folders from the google photos and no photos are in the folders, so why it is not syncing correctly to get evrything transfere

I have followed the same steps to import from the google drive, and it is directed to see that the wd discovery appsoftware which is new introduce to import , does not meet the requirement of google security, the app is not verified by google an will allow to connect it is called OAuth scope, they have to go through the google security setting an allow the credential to work for cloud process,
So please have WD to get this permission to get the cloud storage to work , other wise it is not going to import to my home cloud storage
Please call me if you want more detail and get his fixed other wise this storage is not working for me ,and i will have no choice but to return this item for full refund
