Sync folder with subfolders

Hello,
I have WD passport wireless pro, I am using WD android app (my cloud) to backup my mobile photos and videos to the wireless hard disk. My cloud can sync only one folder and doesn’t upload any subfolders.
I need to sync folder with subfolders, I tried different ftp android aps such as AndFTP, SyncMe and some others. I couldn’t get anyone working properly.

I will appreciate if anyone can help.
