Currently using EX4 with a Surface Pro 4 on windows 10. When adding files online or thru the WD app, the files will not update and appear on my Surface Pro, but if I create a new file from my Surface Pro it will update online and in the app. Anyone have any idea what would cause the one way syncing?? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Rebuilding the content starts and restarts continuously without in real progress.
