Sync a HD from Windows server 2016 with MyCloud

Hery guys:

I have a WindowsServer2016 with 3 differrent harddrives, the thing i tried to sync one of this volumens with the WD MyCloud, using the Sync tool.

But the synchronization dons’t works.

But when i make between on folder of another PC in the same netwworkk, ti works.

Can someebody help me.

My Cloud supports Windows and MacOS computers, but not Windows Server OS.

Do you know if WD has a differen aplication for windows server?
