Surveillance System set-up

I intalled the Readyveiw system in my home. Then connected everything as required. Scanned the QR code and downloaded app on phone. Great so far! Now the issue, I cant get past the initial log in process. It continues to loop me back to the page login. I cant even get into the system to change id or password and thats my issue.

Tried calling WD support, useless.
Micro Center 50mi away has no phone support.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ive exhausted all I can and now am relying on just a little help to get this surveillance cameras up and running. If anyone wants to call me, Im available 3148539585. Don
