Support Site, Registration Process and contact support don't work

I’ve tried to register my MyCloud on this site:

but no matter which browser I use (Firefox 57.0.2 (64-Bit), Chrome (current version) or Edge (current)) it says ‘The security challenge response entered is incorrect. Please try again’. I did solve the recaptcha and got the green check mark with ‘I’m not a robot’.

Same thing with the support-webformular where I tried to contact the support with this problem… There too is a Google-recaptcha and it too shows a green check mark with “I’m not a robot” but the form does not submit with the same error message.

I’ve now tried from different computers in different locations (even with different providers) - it’s always the same. So i can safely assume the problem’s not on my side…

How can i register my MyCloud ?

well: Thank you. I first thought “Huh? A Link to the Manual ? Ok… let’s click on ‘Register your Product’ - ah: same Page”
To say it with the words of your President: “So sad.”
BUT ! It only looked alike. It is indeed a different page - and this one works.
So probably the problem wasn’t with the reCaptcha, it could have been a problem with the serialnumber not matching expectations…

So, WD-Support: please look into this: the registration of my MyCloud did not work on the first Link in this Post but works fine with the secoind link given by cat0w.
