Support Portal Website RMA zip code issues

I’m a storage admin for a firm using NAS systems in over 50 offices spread throughout the US. Whenever I attempt to file an Advance RMA for a hard drive replacement under warranty, I’m forced to do so over the phone instead of through the support portal website because the shipping address zip code doesn’t match the billing address zip code.

I’m a bit surprised that Western Digital doesn’t think that large firms with multiple offices would want to use their website to initiate an RMA, knowing full well that the billing address would not be the same as the shipping address in most instances. What VP at Western Digital do I need to speak with in order to get this website issue dealt with so that I can resolve my hard drive RMA requests in a much more timely fashion?
