Does anyone know a way to get through to a human being on the support lines? I returned a failed WD Red 6TB and according to UPS it arrived last Friday. Still my RMA status indicates it hasn’t arrived.

I’ve tried them both. No humans. No way to resolve fact that UPS reports my dead drive has arrived while WD on web says it hadn’t.

This is not support.
