After sucessfully backing up 3 drives on my computer, I attemt to do a incremental back and only the boot drives shows up. I then would need to do a full backup on the other two drives. What am I doing wrong? I don’t want to do a complete backup each time and if I ever need to recover, there would nothing to recover on the non-boot drives.
If you are using smartware, select the file backup option to do incremental backup of only the folders or drives that you select.

It stated that I need version 1.6.0.0 and I have 1.4.5.2. I run the update and the response was I am current. It was a two step process and I completed only the first step (filware). When I rebooted, I could no longer click on step 2.
I don’t see switch to file or category backup. Thanks for your help.
Uninstall smartware from your PC and do a clean install of the latest version. Check the link below for the steps to do a file backup.
