I have managed to reconfigure my WD, which I have turned off the network.

how:

  1. restart your WD.
  2. CTRL + ALT + Delete.
  3. Enter your password
  4. Press Win + R and type “cmd” then enter
  5. then type "netsh interface set interface "Local Area Connection “enabled”.
  6. then type "netsh interface set interface "Local Area Connection 2 “enabled”

Great, for clarity, you also press enter at the end of 3,5, and 6 in addition to #4
