Subversion on MyBookLiveDuo?

I want to know if it is possible to install subversion or another versioning software into mybookliveduo

There is no way to install software in the My Book.

Yes it is posslble. Enable SSH first, and see the other pages about hacking the box.

Consider installing git instead of svn. I have installed git on it and have set up Sparkleshare with it, thus giving me a “private dropbox”.
