Subtitle problem with .mkv file's

i can’t turn sub’s on with .mkv video file’s

can somone help me?

the movie plays but “wd tv” dosn’t see subs but there are subs…

Which firmware version, and what type of subs within the Matroska files?

It matters what kind of subtitles you’re playing.  As far as I know, the WD box plays external subs in .srt, ssa, **bleep**,  and sami format and internal subs like .sub.  Make sure the subtitles and movie are saved in the same folder. If your MKV are made from Blu-ray, I’m sorry to tell you that WD Live boxes are’t playing the original subtitle. You have to convert the subtitles first.
