Studio XL Flashing blue and red LEDs

I have four flashing blue and one red LEDs on drives 1 to 5. The XL won’t mount and I can’t turn it off by Thunderbolt or power button. Any help or advice appreciated.

You will need to call in for direct support on this matter. It is likely one of the drives that has a red LED is being flagged as DEAD by the software utility. In that case it can be forced back online but you’ll want to get in direct contact with our phone support for the followup procedures.

Have a problem with Studio R. Had three of 4 disks online and 1 of them marked as dead. Followed the procedure described in one of the posts how to bring the disk back online through Terminal. But after restart Studio R does not appear in Mac OCX. I can see the disk through Disk Utility but it does not mount when I try pushing the Mount button. G Speed Studio R Utility also sees the drive.
