I have four flashing blue and one red LEDs on drives 1 to 5. The XL won’t mount and I can’t turn it off by Thunderbolt or power button. Any help or advice appreciated.
You will need to call in for direct support on this matter. It is likely one of the drives that has a red LED is being flagged as DEAD by the software utility. In that case it can be forced back online but you’ll want to get in direct contact with our phone support for the followup procedures.
