Studio R LEDs 1,2 & 3 flashing red 4 steady blue

Have a G-Speed studio R, all drives test okay out of the RAID but getting Drive LED’s 1,2 & 3 flashing red, nr 4 is blue. Where can I find error codes? I think the RAID hardware may have failed.
Have tried a factory reset but not luck.

Data from this unit is stored elsewhere so data loss is not an issue. I’d just like to use the drive again.
