I’ve just plugged my My Studio Edition in expecting to see all of my data as usual and instead the top half of the front, white light is flashing and the disk isn’t spinning up.
Has anyone seens this?
Is it fixable?

I don’t think your AC adaptor is faulty. But it is always advisable to check that first. If you don’t own a digital multimeter, you can take it to nearby electronics repair shop to verify this.
And if your drives don’t spinning, and the unit is still under warranty, you should contact WD support to get a replacement.
