Stuck on yellow light

Hi

I just got a new 3TB drive a week ago that I was able to successfully setup and copy files to. A couple days later it stopped showing up on the network - and is stuck with a yellow light (booting?). I’ve changed cables, reouter ports, and reset, restarted it a few times. Any recommendations what else I can do?

Remember that you need to press the reset button on the back for 4 seconds, if that doesn’t work you might need to contact tech support to replace it.
