Ive had my wdtv play for about 8 months now and when i turn it on it stays stuck on the wd loading screen. the dots… continue to move. it doesnt respond to anything from the remote control, and even the reset button on the bottom of the box. i havent updated it recently. Is there anything i can do?

Since the reset didn’t work then just try a power cycle.
