I posted earlier having network connectivity issues, not my WD My Cloud drive is stuck in standby mode. Can’t access it anymore via the dashboard or the desktop app…I updated it to the latest firmware and now seem to be having all these issues. Any thoughts on why I can’t “wake” it up out of standby (all I get is the slow pulsing blue light…it does seem a slower pulse of blue than usuual).
According to the light behavior yes the drive is in standby mode.
After the firmware update, did you tried resetting the drive? If not, please try that.
