The Activity icon in WD My Cloud is supposed to tell us the number of downloads that are being executed, and when all the downloads are completed, the badge should read zero. The badge in my app reads 1 but there is no download, as you can see from the picture. What does this mean and how do I get rid of that? I’ll post the picture.
Sorry the picture isn’t very clear. The red bubble at the bottom reads 1 but there is no folder or file at the top. And even after closing and re-opening the app, restarting my ipad, the 1 remains stuck there.
