Stuck at updating after system restore reset

Hello, I was shutdown the WD My CLOUD by accident with pulling the cable
Then it was stuck for 1 days in initilizing device.

Then i was reseting it the 40 sec way.

Now i come to the point where it says . Getting Starting with an update windows .

I can only do press esc to enter dashboard but still the updating windows appear and I dont do anything.

Anyone have an idea what I can do ?

Its getting an ip address from my router but no access to ssh etc of course
please help
