Is it possible to stream different videos to two different TVs at once using a MBLD ?

Sure, it’s possible … but how well it will work, depends on the overall data rate of the videos and the bandwidth on your LAN.

Try it. is the best way to experiment.

I did try it and whilst streaming worked well on one TV, on the other it just idled. The NAS drive is linked to my mesh WiFi via a power line. I’ll try connecting it directly to see if that makes any difference.
